The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect for exploring the center of all the activity in Saigon, as it was very close to the Ben Thanh markets and surrounded by numerous small cafes. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is central, making it easy for us to walk around and explore. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and equipped with all amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread was impressive and had a variety of options.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of options, including delicious fresh fruit. The hotel's location was ideal, being just a short walk away from a bustling market and the Independence Palace.
There were a few issues. the temperature checks were a bit intrusive and could have been handled better.
